Golden berries are one of the highest sources of antioxidants, with anti-inflammatory and antihistamine properties and high protein content, and dietary fibre. Also known as the Inca/Aztec berry, golden berries have been used for centuries in South America for asthma, nausea, indigestion, nerve disorders, and various skin conditions. Just a small serving of golden berries contains vitamins A, C, B1, B2, and B6, and is said to be on par with taking a multivitamin.

Common Use: Golden berries can be added to salads, snack mixes, granola, oatmeal, or eaten alone – they have a unique bittersweet/sour taste that becomes addictive!
