Packed with omega-3 fatty acids, flax seeds are also host to lignans, which are rich in antioxidants and plant estrogen, along with high amounts of dietary fibre.
Common Use: Flax seeds can be used in a variety of ways, from salads and smoothies to bread and baking. You can also grind them up into powder, adding it to granola or cereal for extra fiber. 

Storage:  Store in a cool, dark, dry place in a sealed bag or container. Refrigerate for long-term storage
